1️⃣ Cancellation by Traveller

If you cancel, the following may apply:

  • 30+ days before travel: Partial refund (excluding deposit / supplier charges)

  • 15–30 days before travel: Partial refund (excluding deposit / supplier charges) + Cancellation fees apply

  • Less than 15 days: Non-refundable

(Exact percentages will be mentioned in your package invoice.)

2️⃣ Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 30–60 working days, depending on supplier processing schedules.

3️⃣ Non-Refundable Components

Certain elements are non-refundable:

  • Visa processing fees

  • Government taxes

  • Airline cancellation fees

  • Admin processing charges

4️⃣ Cancellation by UK India Tourism

If we cancel due to unavoidable reasons:

  • Full refund OR

  • Future travel credit OR

  • Rescheduling option

will be provided.

5️⃣ Force Majeure

No refunds apply in cases such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • War / Political unrest

  • Pandemic restrictions

  • Government travel bans

However, we will always support alternative arrangements.

6️⃣ No-Show Policy

If passengers fail to arrive or provide incorrect travel documents, no refund applies.

7️⃣ Travel Insurance

Strongly recommended for:
✔ Trip cancellations
✔ Medical emergencies
✔ Lost baggage
