Welcome to a world of journeys, heritage, colours, and unforgettable experiences. By using our website, contacting us, or booking any travel or tourism services through UK India Tourism, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, making an enquiry, or confirming a booking:

• You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• You confirm that you are 18+ and authorised to make bookings on behalf of all travellers in your group.

2️⃣ Services We Provide

UK India Tourism acts as a tour organiser and facilitator, offering:

• Tailor-made India tour packages

• Hotel booking assistance

• Transportation & sightseeing arrangements

• Travel consultancy and guidance

• Visa assistance

In many cases, services may be delivered through carefully selected third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transport companies, and local tour operators.

3️⃣ Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a Booking Confirmation / Invoice.

• The person making the booking is considered the Lead Traveller and is responsible for all payments, communications, and information accuracy.

• Passport details, identification information, and accurate traveller details must be provided.

4️⃣ Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking (percentage varies by package; normally 30–40%).

• Full payment must be completed before using the service, within the time frame stated in your invoice.

• Payments must be made via approved methods only.

Failure to pay on time may result in booking cancellation without refund.

5️⃣ Pricing & Inclusions

• Prices are quoted in the relevant currency at the time of booking.

• Prices may include accommodation, tours, transfers, guides, taxes, and specified inclusions.

• Prices do not include personal expenses, optional tours, unforeseen surcharges, or additional requests unless mentioned.

Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, airline changes, or supplier revisions.

6️⃣ Changes & Modifications

Changes requested by you:

• We will assist wherever possible.

• Additional charges may apply depending on supplier policies.

Changes initiated by us:

Sometimes the universe stirs unexpected winds—weather shifts, political advisories, unforeseen closures, or operational requirements. In such cases:

• Equivalent alternative arrangements will be offered.

• If major changes occur, you may be entitled to refunds or rebooking options.

7️⃣ Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy Page, which forms part of these Terms.

8️⃣ Travel Documents & Responsibility

Travellers must ensure:

• Valid passports

• Correct visas

• Vaccination or medical documents (if required)

We are not responsible for denial of boarding, immigration issues, or travel document failures.

9️⃣ Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended. It should cover:

• Medical emergencies

• Trip cancellations

• Lost baggage

• Travel interruptions

🔟 Liability & Limitations

• Travel involves certain natural risks—weather, terrain, health situations, external service failures.

• We act on information provided by third-party suppliers and cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• We are not liable for loss of personal belongings, delays, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or government decisions.

• Where applicable, liability is guided by India travel laws.

Where third-party services are used:

• Their policies and terms apply.

• We act only as intermediaries.

1️⃣2️⃣ Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond control including:
Natural disasters
Political unrest
Pandemics
War
Government orders

Such situations may lead to changes, postponements, or cancellations.
